If I got this app and the box for home, could I use the adapter for the IPhone with the RCA ends and plug into the TV on the boat to watch live tv?

I think the slingbox only works on wifi... not 100% sure though.
I think it should work. I know I can watch all my videos from other sources on an external TV.
