I have a 1997 Sundancer. the cabin door has a plastic runner track on top that a boot fits into with plastic rollers.
Here is the problem, the door is sticking because the plastic track has cracked and the plastic wheels have come off. When I called sea ray the manufacturer of the track and wheels is out of biz.
Any one know a company that has used parts or can make this piece.
Thanks

I have the same boat (with inboards) and had a similar problem. The original mfr is gone as is the one that followed. The current Company is Teak Isle. Speak to Jim Cox, he hooked me up with everything to completely redo all my sliding door hardware. His # is in this thread http://clubsearay.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27016&highlight=sliding+door+tracks

I posted some pics in an album on my homepage here for the disassembly process, this link is also in the thread. Beware of the screws behind the speaker on the portside!!! Any questions or problems drop me a PM. Todd
