Skyworth brand?

I'm looking at a 15" Skyworth ac/dc tv/dvd combo. Anyone have any reviews on the brand? It seems like a low cost ($280) compared to adding a separate dvd player AND a DTV box to my existing tv (with a broken vcr). This one unit has all 3, and would be a space saver.

I just put one in my 83 sr260 it works great.

I have had one for 3 years love it!!
