There was water in the intake manifold even though I had pulled the 5 blue plugs. It was necessary to tilt the bow down by compressing the trailer jack. This black steel plug is on the vertical surface behind the belts. An image of a bulletin is attached. A protruding square 9/16th", I was able to get an open end on it to break it loose. Then I used a 11/16th 12-point without rounding the edges. I replaced with a brass hexagonal (between belt and 2" hose clamp in image) which might get somebody's attention down the road besides being easy to remove. Here's a link to various sources of plug wrenches. https://www.garagejournal.com/forum...-9-16-female-internal-pipe-plug-socket.16560/

Replacing the other five: Unexpectedly, I had to demo boat and replace plugs. 2006 195 Sport. Get in boat and open engine hatches, remove cushions. I placed an 8" stool as below on the fiberglass and replaced a cushion to kneel on and lean deep into engine compartment. I drilled small holes in the wings of the two plugs I was most likely to drop and inserted string safety loops for wrists. You must feel for the holes and then screw in each plug.
1. Facing out and very low on front (towards bow). To your left (starboard) in the image above. Easy.
2. Around right side (port) of engine and draining exhaust, aligned with middle cylinder and on bottom of big round manifold thing, facing down.
3. Draining block's water jacket, put string on wrist. A long reach directly below #2 and facing out.
4. Mirror image of #2.
5. Mirror image of #3.
