Last winter, I replaced all of my original faded white cupholders with a new set of SS cupholders. I couldn't believe how much better it made things look. If anyone has faded cupholders regardless of color- its time for an upgrade!

Same here. Did all mine when I changed out the cockpit cabinet latches to SS. It looks 100 times better. I think anyways.

That is one of the first upgrades I intend to do on our 'new' 340..... The OEM plastic cup holders and slam latches really do take away from the aesthetics of a boat IMHO.......

Nice Joel, we're in Fair Oaks - we have "Wine Knot" berthed at the Sacramento Marina. Listening to the high winds and heavy (very welcome!) rains here in CA this morning.

Wanting to do this as well to my 2002 220 Bowrider. Also want to change out the white grab handles to SS. Has anyone located a good replacement in the aftermarket?

I'd like to replace the plastic cup holders on my 2000 240 Sundeck with SS cup holders. My boat is in the drystack so I don't have access. I'm guessing mine are probably the same size as the OP's. Did you have 3¾" cut outs?

A related question - how hard is it to "unglue" the plastic ones? Any tips? Thanks in advance.

They are simply in place with an adhesive caulk. Use a small putty knife and pry them up.
