as stated in my email. You are hosting your sig pic on Photobucket so size has no limit but you should make it reasonable for viewing purposes.
I edited my sig pict just using HP software which isn't great and it is smaller than yours. Admin here recommends Microsoft Powertoy Image Resizer which can be found at microsoft download
