Shower Handle Pressure

I have a 2004 280 and the shower handle barely sprays. I took it apart and cleaned it with CLR, but to no avail. The pressure is much better on the transom shower and the cockpit sink faucet. Any ideas?

Did you take the handle off? There is a screen in both sides of the hose that may have buildup in it.

I took the handle off, but not the hose. I'm not sure if this a factory handle or a replacement. I will check the hose as well. Thanks for the reply.
