It happened to us 4th of July weekend! We didn't care though, we had food, beer and friends! What more could you want (besides a SeaRay? Well, that came 3 months later!) The same day we bought it, we had it winterized and towed home

We were with the boat the whole time the tide was going out. We made sure everything was copacetic

I think it would be hard on the boat if it was there for an extended period of time, but the tide change isn't that long. I guess...lol
Don't think we'll be doing that with the new one though..just in case
