Shore power 120 v guage

my sundancer is on the trailer. I unplugged the shore power for 5 days. When I plugged it back in the gauge didn't come up to 120v but I had 120v at the outlets etc. I came back about 6 hours later and now it's reading 80v? Shouldn't the voltage be 120 as soon as it's plugged in? Batteries are a solid 13v the whole time....
 
Yes, it should read 120V right away. Just for good measure, turn the main breaker off and back on.

Pull the panel and use a DMM (set to AC volts) to check the actual voltage at the back of the gauge. Look for loose or dirty connections back there, too. May want to remove/clean just because. Remember you are dealing with AC side of things and take the proper precautions.
