Since I had my flame arrestor off while doing other work I decided to clean it. There was a sensor on the side of arrestor and when I took it off to clean it the tip of the sensor crumbled. I have been looking all over the place for a new one and can't find the part. My engine serial number is 656968. Here is a photo of one I found online. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like I.A.T. sensor. Need better pic of the sensor itself to be sure.

I believe your right. It look like the part number is 805223t. Thanks for the help techmitch!

I.A.T.
Intake air temperature sensor.
It tells the ecm the temperature of the incoming air.

Not as critical as a coolant temperature sensor but it does affect the fuel mapping.

With mine the outer guard broke but the sensor it's self is still good. What's another $50.00 for the new sensor right?
