Selling the 320

You should delete the for sale listing on this site at $145,000 if your broker is now offering the boat at $161,000.

I'm sorry to read your selling the 32 for a smaller boat, it's a nice looking boat. Seahorse (Full House) has been enjoyed all season, the girls love spending time with dad out on the boat. I know what to do....wanna trade?
My youngest shot this photo, small taste of VA for you.

Mike, It was great to meet you at Homecoming and I wish you good fortune in selling your boat and finding the right thing for your family. MM

Mike, maybe your not keeping the boat in the right place. You could cut 60+ mi off your drive if you put it up at Ashland or Bayfield area. It's nice up there, you'd like it.

The 161k price is if the broker sells it. If I sell it without his help, I'm asking 145k. Woody, going to Ashland is closer by 60 miles, but takes the same amount of time because I have to go through so many small towns. Mike, enjoyed meeting everyone too. We are very interested in the 270SLX, but need to sell this 1st! So, we won't be out of Sea Rays for long.

Question and concern for you. In most contracts with brokers I think there is a clause that if the boat is sold while it is listed they get their commision regardless ofhowit was sold. You might want to look at the contract in detail. If the clause is there and you sell it for the non commion price you may owe the broker for the commision.

Thanks for the concern, but no clause. I had it listed for sale prior to the broker coming on board, and would not do business with the broker if that had been the case. Only if they bring a buyer to me do they get commission.
