Seat help???

captains chair seems to have come apart it swivels and rocks. I can’t seem to pull it up and off or get it to reseat. Anyone have any ideas?

For future reference: uncounted seat from mounting pan (6 hex head bolts), layed seat down on backand line up center post with outer sleeve. Tapped outer sleeve with screw driver and hammer until outer sleeve was pushed back into place. Replaced 4 sheared off machine screws. Remounted seat to mounting pan on floor. Happy happy happy! It’s captain Morgan time
