SeaRay Laguna WA 21

First off, new to this site and SeaRay's... great site and boat.

Ok so I purchased my first SeaRay, second in the family, Dad had a 30. It's a Laguna Walk Around 21 w a 175hp outboard.

My question, anyone have any input on the 175 vs 200 vs 225?

It seems that the 175 is a little underpowered when I get 4 bodies and gear on it. I know its a heavy boat and am thinking about going to a 200 or 225. Right now I am at 5k rpm to keep it at a nice plane at 20 to 22knts...

Any input would be appreciated..

Might try different props, a good prop guy can help. Make sure bottom is clean
