Searay apparell

Morning all or afternoon all dependent on your time zone. I am a new member from the UK as we dont seem to have anything dedicated to Searays here. I have had Searays for 20yrs, mainly sportsboats, however have now upgraded to a 240 Sundancer, as the family get older. I am having a real issue with obtaining Searay apparell where the supplier does not charge generaly more than the actual cost of the item to ship to to me here in the UK. Even my official dealer slaps on a huge postage cost. Does anyone know anywhere which supplies Searay stuff and is prepared to ship at cost rather than also try and make a fat profit on the postage. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks Taggart

Hi there thanks for the info already checked with searay and their minimum postage is $36.95 irrespective of what you order, which even at current exchange rates is extortionate if you are just ordering e.g a t-shirt at $13.95 or cap at $11.99.

What if you find someone here in the US to buy it for you and ship it to you might end up being a little cheaper.

Now thats not a bad idea, will see how i get on with the SCR over the next couple of months leading up to the start of the season (April to Oct), but will def keep that in mind.
