Just wanted to share some pics of my boat with the new tower and bimini installed. It was a little difficult to get the tower to fit because the boat is fairly narrow, but I eventually got it on. The bimini is the best though. You can stand under it, it does not catch the wind like a sail, and it provides tons of shade. I guess the only bad thing is now, I have to take it to the storage unit all the time because it is too tall to fit in the garage without dropping the top. That is not as easy as they make it out to be. I am currently working on some homemade speaker pods for it. I will post that when complete.

lol - I read that at first as "bikini pics"

Looks very nice. I like how the stock bimini folds down easily but that thing is sexy.

Thanks. It actually is kind of a pain in the butt to fold, so I rarely do it. But you can tow it 50mph (probably more) without taking off the fabric. If I go on a longer trip I just unzip the fabric and leave the frame up. I keep it in a storage lot just down the road with a really tall door so I always leave it up.

Looks great

Now lets see some wakeboarding pics/vids!

Hey Zuhl, new to the board, really like your top, I have the same boat and I am currently searching for the exact same bimini any chance you can share where you purchased it?

Under the Mods section of the forum I just posted some pics of the speaker pods I made for it.

i have a 2004 I JUST GOT THE SAME TOWER AND WAS THINKING I NEED TO NARROW IT UP A BIT BUT IT SEEMS LIKE BY THE TIME I GET THE FRONT MOUNT NARROW ENOUGH THE TOP WILL BE WAY TO NARROW. LET ME KNOW YOUR EXPERIANCE OR WHAT WILL MAKE MINE GO SMOOTHER THANKS

Mine is set at the narrowest possible setting up top. And it is still pretty wide for this boat. However, at the narrowest setting you can do it if you mount where I did - on the widest portions of the boat. I thought I was gonna have to chop some at the top to make it narrower, but it all worked out. It was darn hard to set it up though. I dont even remember how I did it. I do recall a lot of cursing though. You will need that.

Also, where I mounted it is probably the only location for this tower that will allow you to fold it down. If you go narrower in the front you will hit the windshield when you fold it back.

The bimini was even harder to mount on this tower. It was not really made to go as narrow as this tower ended up being on this boat. I had to use a ratchet strap to pull the rails together on it ever so slightly so I could mount it to the tower top rail. It worked, but it was a pain.

cool i really want mine a little more to the front of the windshield so im shure i will have to cut it some. me and my friend are gonna install it on thursday so i will posts pics. after seeing yours i think it will look great. o and the bad words will be flyin even if things go good. thanks for the help
