Does anyone know where I can get the vinyl being used in the cabin by Sea Ray on the late model boats?

Don't know if Sea Ray still used them but for my 01 the fabric came from Gulf Fabrics, The phone # is 914-460-1730 and they will sell direct. bob

My full service marina bought it from SR. Probablly paid too much but the quantities were small and it did not seem out of line.

I assume you are looking at this to put around the TV. My friend has a Larson 330 and he made a box out of Maple and stained it to match the woodwork. It looks amazing. I realize our boats have Formica wood. But something to match the table would be cool. Maybe better than a vinyl wrapped box. Basically it is 4 pieces of solid cherry and a thin luan back behind the TV.

Exactly…that is the plan to frame the new TV install. Interesting idea on the stain as well. I did think about that, maybe something I need to reconsider. Thanks.

Cherry is easy to work with and finishes nicely. I don't have a Vitricore or simulated wood interior but needed to resize my salon table and I copied the cherry interior color and finish on solid cherry and it came out ok:

That looks great Frank. I personally am not a wood worker and would not trust myself to a job like this. I do have a very good friend of mine who is very good at it and he is always egger to help me on these types of projects. He made my custom cockpit table for me.
