Sea Ray Sundancer 350 - Aft Facing Bench Seat - Deck Ladder

Hi everyone, my wife and I just purchase a 1990 Sundancer 350.

I am looking to see if anyone has the Aft Facing Bench seat for sale or at least the mounting hardware and legs. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am also looking for the ladder to step up from cockpit to deck.
