Sea Ray Seville 21' mc

Hello all, Have a few questions about modifications of my sea ray...

I would like to add an arch to the boat for lights etc... Is there one that would work or would it look weird?

Also I want to replace the paneling to acrylic, has anyone done this?

And adding a power plant (120v) Safely.. Anyone done this?

Any insight would be appriceated...
