That boat sunk at my marina a few winters ago when the covered shed collapsed due to snow weight. I don't think it had a fireplace back then.

The seller isn't doing himself any favors with the horrible photos he posted of the interior. At least he disclosed the sinking. I'll give him credit for that. Many sellers would not have mentioned it.
