Hello all just wanted to introduce myself. My wife & I recently purchased a new (demo) 2015 350 DA. We will boating in the Great lakes, our home port is Muskegon, MI. I have owned several boats over many years the last being a Grady White 300 Marlin. I was a very avid salmon fisherman for many years but just wasn't enjoying it as much as I used to. We purchased the 350DA a couple weeks ago so our season in the north is done. Fortunately we were able to use it for one weekend before it was pulled for the season (it's going to be a long winter). This is our first Sea Ray & true cruiser. The Grady had a genset, a/c, full galley & head but compared to the Sea Ray was very simple. Also all the boats I've owned in the past with exception of one 20 years ago have been outboard powered. I have a lot to learn about the all various systems & I/O set up. There is a lot of information on this site so I have winter to read:smt001. Obviously we can't wait for spring to arrive. If anyone has any advise with this style of boat I would love to hear about it. We really look forward to being part of the Sea Ray family!

Welcome to the family! There are 100's of threads so you should have plenty to read up on his winter!

Welcome, you've got a great vessel and found the right spot for all your Sea Ray knowledge needs. Enjoy the winter of reading! You'll learn a lot, believe me.

Congrats. the number one thing you need to do is make it yours. add whatever you want, pictures, wife's pillows, name on the transom, whatever. just make it yours and enjoy. A bottle of Scotch works well too.

Thanks for welcomes! From what I have read so far there are a lot of very knowledgeable people here willing to share information which is awesome.
