Sea Ray 330 Sundancer Breaker Panel

I am needing to add another 30 amp outlet to my cruiser. It currently only has 1 and a/c needs it's own breaker so it doesn't trip. I have bid from shop to install new line but it requires buying dual amp breaker panel for my boat. Any ideas on where to find one used or a good deal. They are quoting me $500 for new one.
