Folks, has anyone tried to put a 5 gallon sani-pottie in a 240 SD. Am curious is the extra height makes it unuseable, etc. An extra two gallons of capacity would go a LONG WAY.

I considered this also.

In the end, it ballooned into “we also need a bigger this that and the other†so we sold the boat and are in the market for a bigger one.

thetford now has a 6.1 gal....get the biggest you can...trust me....or do what I'm getting ready to do, install a manual head with a holding tank.

Quint, let me know how that goes, I'm seriously thinking of doing that myself. 5 gal. is just not enough for an admiral with a bladder the size of a golf ball!

Isn't that the truth!! hmmm.... the admiral is 5-3... I'm 6-2 and can back in... It doesn't add more than 11" does it??

Ok.. and I'll go find the pump out stations now too! :smt018
