It's a long story....but life changes. Saint Max has been on the hard undergoing an extensive overhaul and upgrades. Some may like them...... Some may not..... And that's OK.

I just looked at the at the clock and I'm turning the big six oh soon. My SO and I have decided to slow down a bit and enjoy the sights enroute. Twenty two knot cruise is nice....but nineteen is just fine. We need to explore the options, but...... Believe it or not, we are seriously looking at a sneaker..... BUT....... A DB is not out of the question.

I honestly don't know what the market will bring.... But I shall give you a complete rundown on what has been done by my carpenter, my mech, new electronics, etc....... And let the market decide. If the market doesn't bring what is necessary, then the 330 remains. However, we would love to make her into a 390MY.

More to follow.

This has the makings of a great thread....good luck with everything.

I moved from a Formula 34PC to a 390MY this fall. The sneaker may look a little funny, but its unrivaled in accommodation and for us it was the perfect choice.

With the 8.3 480CE's you'll be able to cruise 22kts all day. At the rated 2400 RPM you'll net about 24kts. At a leisurely 2000 RPM you'll see about 18 kts.

Feel free to PM me with any questions, I now know these boats and engines rather well!
