Could do without the music, but the view was cool. Looked like somewhere in the Middle East from the look of some of those buildings with the spires on them. You should check out the docking video he has on his account also. He turns that 320 on a dime!

Looks like the OP took the video. That 320 had stern drives and a white dashboard, both of which are unusual. Now if the OP only image stabilization on his camcorder, I wouldnt feel sick right now.

no, Axius, you can't make a boat tilt like that with a bow thruster, only Axius and Zeus make it torque like that. Watch the boat's motion real carefully around the 1:10 mark and you will see what I mean.

I've piloted several boats with the system, and that's exactly what the thrust pattern looks like when you are maneuvering to dock.

Scott I wanna be just like you when i grow up . Look no screaming this time . lol :wow:

Scott, wow, an expert in "thrust pattterns". :smt043:smt043:smt043

Where's the fun in that?? From what I saw in the first video looks like a pontoon on the Ohio with the fender bouncing off the water on the Starboard side. From the second video he either lost his original white fenders or just replaced them with black?

Gheez I have stern drives and a white dash oon my 320, Anyone want to buy it so I can get my 48DB???

Volvo stern drives?

There is no question in my mind that stern drives are quieter and run faster, but I don't miss the head aches that come with them. My perfect world would be a stern drive boat on a lift with diesels and 20 yr warranty for corrosion  That 400ss Formula with diesel stern drives would be nice sitting behind my shore house.

For the docking video:

+1 on bow thruster... watch the wake at the bow

I'm telling ya, Axius does the same thing with wake. What a bow thruster also does is create a wake on the intake side of the bow as it sucks water in, since it is only about a foot under the water. If you notice, there is no intake wake.

I have a bow thruster and I am in total agreement with you. I might be able to spin my boat like that, but I would be working real hard. That was a axius magic!

Those were waves?

I agree with what you're saying Scott, but...

I'm pretty sure that boat doesn't have Axius, you can make a stern drive 320 move just like that. Turn the wheel and start using the shifters. You can make the boat do pretty close to what axius does with any twin engine stern drive. I also don't even think it has a bow thruster either.

Was Axius ever even an option on a 320?

I think you're correct. I turned the volume up and can hear him shifting, it fits the boats movements. So what we have here is just someone that knows what he's doing.
