Looks like one of the bolts that mounts the hyd. cylinder to the trim tab has a compromised seal. They are stainless screws with nuts on the inside. One of them has a rusty washer, looks to be a little damp and has a rust stain running down from it. This obviously has been an issue for a little while anyway - but how big of an issue is this? I know it needs to be repaired - and without pictures its difficult to tell just how bad it is. What could happen? Could it ruin the transom?
