I'm mounting a blue ray player under my head unit, and need to run hdmi to the other side of the boat. The most direct route, is through an interior panel over the slider....but I cannot find ANY hardware that holds it up. I'm starting to think screws are under the slider frame, which turns this inot a sizable project.

Any thoughts to removing the panel, or an alternative routing?

Quit doing stuff. I can't keep up.

This is a wild thought, but have you looked under the U-seat in the bridge to see if maybe its pulled up through screws there?

This has been a very busy week. Compound, polish, wax, later rinse repeat. Calking everything, little fiberglass / gelcoat. all the stuff I can't do, corection, won't do when I'm back in the water.

But back on topic. I looked for access panels in the bridge and did not see anything. I pulled some lights out, thinking I can snake across in the ceiling, but that is a dead end, the area is sealed.

I might run through the engine room and back up the fwd stbd locker where the speaker is. I can access wires from the TV area.

Not enough guts to just pull real hard figuring it is just pressed up there with Christmas tree fittings, eh? Me either, I pulled some but I chickened out before I got to my max pulling power.

BILL, BTW check the seal on your genny air silencer box. Make sure it is properly sealed to the engine.

Man, no. I've done enough "exploritory" damage this week. I would have assumed the inserts around the ceiling were held in place with Christmas tree fitting. Welp, mine are glued.....and now needs to be re glued. I also need to clean all my dirty fingerprints everywhere been before the Mrs sees. The ultra leather soils easy

What was the symptom that led you to this?
the oil analysis had a slightly elevated silicon reading. The recommendation was to check the air cleaner, and look for cracks. Blackstone was spot on!
