rudder direction on a 320 DA

I was in the bildge changing a water pump on my gen set. I noticed that on of my rudders is perpendicular to the transom yet the port side rudder "bar " is not. Should ther be a slight angle on one rudder than another or shouls both rudder bars be perpendiculatr in sense to the transom

Both rudders should be aligned.
With steering set at the mid-point of it's travel, both rudders should be parallel to the keel.
