Rotted wood around ski storage area.

Any suggestions/advice on repair to rotted wood in and around the ski storage locker on a 19 ft open bow Sea Ray Sorrento? The floor feels solid everywhere and the only soft spot is where the open bow meets the cockpit beneath the windshield.

I'm not sure, but I would assess the damage (I would use a thin sharp probe being very careful not to puncture anything important, only go 1/4 inch deep to find the rot extent) and possibly remove the seats, up with the carpets and replace all the damaged wood with marine grade plywood (possibly painted with resin.) Keep measurements for re-bolting seats etc. Please get a second opinion before proceeding as I am admittedly a rank amateur to this refurbishing scene. Good luck, Paul
