I'm always in for a river run! We generally launch at the diversion canal, cross Moultrie, drop down through the locks and continue southward.

As we spoke before... How close would it be to Lake Norman. If it is close enough I could just stay at me uncles house on Norman.

Depends on where everyone decides to do it. If it is at Lake Wylie you are probably about 35 minutes from Lake Norman.

Can you get to Lake Wylie from Lake norman or vice versa by boat?

I don't think so. I pretty sure there is not a lock at the Norman Dam. :smt089
