Roll call for MN boaters

Hi All,

Greetings from Ramsey, MN. We just picked up a classic jewel a few weeks ago and then spent two of the last 3 weekends cruising the St. Croix from Stillwater down to Prescott. The boat is no stranger to the river as the PO I purchased it from lives down in Hastings (but I don't think she is on the forum) and the boat spent the past 10 years in the area.

I think we'll be spending a lot of time there next summer. Looking forward to seeing many of you out there in the future.

I keep mine at Brown's Bay Marina...great guys to deal with and a great location. They have docks on the Brown's Bay side and across the street on Tanager directly behind Marine Max. In fact, Marine Max leases their building from them so you can park in the MM parking lot.

Welcome aboard....hope to see you on the water in the spring!

Lake Minnetonka: Roll call for MN boaters

Hello, I am Matt and I live in Mound. I keep my mint condition 1989 230 Weekender at my brother's dock on West Arm, Lake Minnetonka. Spend lots of time out on the north side of Big Island (aka "Cruiser Row"). I am from Orono originally, and grew up on Stubb's Bay. Luckily my brother bought a house right on the lake, so I get to keep my boat at his house. My 230WE looks great next to his 1958 35' Roamer!

I cruise out of St. Albans Bay on Lake Minnetonka and have for almost 20 years. I love the lake and can't wait for the ice to break!

Re: Lake Minnetonka Roll call for MN boaters

We are on West Arm and usually cruise the Upper Lake. Been boating on the lake since the late 60's. As a kid, I used to boat down to the Excelsior Amusement Park almost daily in our families 14 footer with a 35 HP oitboard. Can't wait for ice out!!

We live north of Maple Plain Mn., slip on Minnetonka ~ 15min away. Just got the boat at end of may and still has AZ numbers, new to the lake.

Kudos. We just scored a 200 Sundeck from AZ thru a CA dealer in May as well. Trailer in Minnetrista and usually put in at Halstead Bay. Looking to put in on the St. Croix later this Summer as I've heard it's a blast. Happy Boating!

Our slip is in North Shore Marina Tanager bay.

What slip #? I'll walk across the street and say Hi next time I'm out...probably tomorrow. We kept our previous 240SD on Tanager. We're on Browns Bay -- if you're facing the gazebo from Marine Max's parking lot, we're to the left in slip 22. Look for Time Well Wasted...that's us.

It's #37, blue canvas. We're usually busy trying to contain our 5&8 year old boys. ;-)
