rocker switches

Rocker switches not working. Gauges are fine. Runs about 10 minutes and the rocker switches will not work. No horn, blower, bilge, etc.

Hard to say from here, but I had all my electronics go out on Lake Erie once on my 2000 310DA. We were in some choppy seas, and what I eventually discovered was that there was an electronics harness under the dash that wasn't secured to anything. The sheer weight of all the wires pulled the harness loose from the female connector. I used a bunch of zip-strips to secure it in place, no problems.

Your issue sounds like it COULD be similar - the connection is loose, but not yet permanently undone.

Thanks. I looked under the dash and found a mess. Someone has gone through and added things and removed other things. Trying to find a replacement harness if possible.

the same thing happened to me in my RV... the inside panel harness disco'd and that was the first thing the RV tech checked when I told him the panel was dead.
