Ride guide steering cable

My steering cable is siezed solid. Got it pulled out today and it's a ride guide 16.5' cable. Does anyone know a source for a cable or am I doomed to replace the whole steering system? I want to get this boat seaworthy again so it can find a new owner that will have the time to use it.
