I installed hardwood floor in my living roof over the winter installed 3/4 oak from lumber liquidators. I used some left over pieces and made a new table for my cockpit. I purchased the cup holders and adjustable base from Amazon

Ditto. If you have enough wood left you could start a new business. Naw that would take you away from boating. Never mind.
 
Better make sure the wood won't give you cancer. LL is in BIG trouble these days!
 
Saverio, I love this idea! Well done!

Edit: Where are you going to mount the base of the table on the boat? I've always been perplexed by how that would work because the engine cover is there, and have actually been researching non-drill base options (though they wouldn't be nearly as sea worthy)

I was going to mount it ion the rear of the cockpit infront of the bench, not near any hatchs
