TapaTalk does not show "new posts". I've installed the latest version on Tap and still nothing. I have to view in the "participated" or "all" sections and these still don't show the posts as new or unread.

Tapatalk for Blackberry is currently dead. You can read all about it on the Tapatalk forums. The back platform changed and the former developer dropped out or something. There is a new developer on the project trying to repair all the problems and he is saying basic functionality should be restored in the next couple weeks. Bottom line is that this is a Tapatalk issue, not a CSR upgrade issue. It happens Tapatalk for BB fell apart about the same time CSR was upgraded.

I like freeware but this is where the problem comes in. I would rather pay $3.99 for an app to have it work and be supported.

We will see. There are many others int he same boat we are in with Tapatalk on the BB.

I can't see the pics linked from imageshack. I'm seeing a yellow frog in a blue cube and under it is written "Domain unregistered. To view, register at. bit.ly/imageshack-domain.
When I right click and look to the specs of the frog there is the link of pic, also copied and pasted to IE adress line again seeing the same frog and message.
Anybody same with me or do I need to set something to see them.I can see the photobucket and flicker linked photos.

Re: Boat data ? new posts 24hrs?

After having used this for a while, I find myself using it less and less each day/week. I've questioned where things have gone, partciularly the buttons that allowed to advance to the next post in a thread without having to go up to the top and scroll down threw the thread responses to pick the next one. In any case, a better arrangement or something to consider for the next upgrade might be to put the thread in a window on the left, similar to the ad window on the right, and place the post window in between. The thread window really doesn't provide much info other than poster and date/time. Then I could at least be able to scroll the thread and select the post with out having to scroll the whole window... I just find it frustrating. This is not to say that I don't appreciate the Admins and whoever else is responsible for upgrading the forums and all the other work you do, but I miss the simplicity of the previous version and the difference is that i don't spend as much time here now as a result. I can't tell if it's all done or if there is work still in progress or that you know about what I have posted previously or that it is or is not an issue etc.

Does the Good Ship CSR have water in the fuel today ??.

I'm getting this every time I go from one forum thread to another. :smt021

I haven't read all 24 pages, so this might have been posted before. Anyway, I see that the counter for views and replies on the pages like past-24hrs is off. For example, a new thread opened and the stats show 0-views/1-replies. I make comment to the thread and the stat changes to 0-views/1-reply. It doesn't make sense as if you replied you must have viewed the thread first. I also have seen where existing thread had number of replies much greater than number of views.

I think this is possibly a global forum software issue, not CSR specifically. But, I figured I'll raise the flag.

Are we ever going to get the control panel back that was on the right hand side of the screen? It was nice to see who of your friends was online.

Due to the lack of feedback recently on this thread from the Admins, I suspect what we have now *is* what we will have moving forward; if that makes sense. Some of the issues raised here seem to have gone unaddressed. Not exactly sure why. Maybe this upgrade is now considered complete and we were not aware?

I think a statement from the admins letting everyone know if this upgrade project is now closed or still open to addressing bugs would be in order- just so we know if we are wasting our keystokes :) JMHO.

I have a couple issues I was going to raise but I am not certain if "bugs" are still being worked on or not. Some of what *we* see as bugs, may just be changes, plain and simple.

Why are some of my post removed to a different site and have to have a pass word to enter, that does not even work for me. Who is this mythical adm.,and am I talking to him now,or am I typing to outer space.??? Do you work for the government and are beyond contact from us mere people ....Rip

It took long time to post this.
Before the site upgraded I was following the forum from my cell phone (E71) (without tapatalk software) just small size of a regular pc screen.
After upgrading, the upper part of forum untill the "home, forum, blogs etc" buttons seem regularly. When I click to a post or thread I see the posts every letter of a word one by one under next row like a cross word from up to down.
When I log on to the clubsearay from my cell phone it requires me to download tapatalk unfortunatelly it is not suitable to my phone model.
Any recommendations/downloads to follow the site from cell phone as before is highly appreciated.
    TIA

  17. melida. I did some digging around about your problem.
I can't find any info on how to fix that. :smt021

I am unable to upload any photos. If I go to Manage Attachments it shows a 26k attachment that I cannot delete and a quota size of 48K. Not being able to upload to a forum like this is a bit crazy. And 48K is ridiculous!

When posting, the last word in the line shows up again as the first word in the next line!
