Hello Im new to the club. I have a 99 searay 310 and im trying to replace the starboard wiper motor which is loacted in the cabin above the ceiling. You can definately tell the the mid section of the ceiling can be removed so that you can have access to the motor. I can not figure a way to take down the mid ceiling. There is no visible srews and its all covered with vinyl. Can anyone give me any advise?

I've got a 98 310 but they may have concealed the screws the same way. Try looking at the side of the panel. Sea Ray cut the fabric so that it could be pulled back revealing the screws that hold the panel up. Once the screws were tight they stretched the fabric back over the edge and tucked it into the joint. You will have to gently feel around the edge with your fingers to find the cut. If you carefully massage the fabric back you will reveal the screws holding the panel up. Be carefull not to rip the fabric. Hope this helps.

I changed mine through the hole for the ceiling light. Hell of a job, had to work by feel. Also had to drop the window valence to get to the wining harness. Hint: reach in through the hole with a digital camera and take some pictures to figure out where the parts are.
