Replacing lamps behind this wall panel on 99 500DA

The lights behind this panel over the last few years have been slowly going out one at a time and now almost all of them are out, does or has anyone know how to remove the glass so that I can replace lamps?

My assumption is that you have to remove the mirror in the guest room. Give me 2 week il let you know!
