Replacing a Lofrans Marlin Windlass Motor on our 280 Sundancer (2002)

It looks like we'll also be replacing our Lofrans Marlin Windlass Motor, and are wondering if there is a good alternative motor to replace it with. One that doesn't involve too much modification to fit the existing holes in the boat, and the controls. We have a 280 Sundancer (2002). Thanks for any advice you can give!
