Replacement Aft Bench for a 2007 44' Sedan Bridge

We recently purchased a 2007 44' Sedan. The aft cockpit bench is missing and we would like to replace it. The back cushion is still attached to the stern of the boat but no base or cushions for the bench seat. Any idea where we can find the replacement base and cushions?

When we were looking, some had them some did not. Obviously if you have the back rest, there once was the base with the hinged cushion on top. I have never seen one anywhere other than on a boat...The base is pure storage. Other than that, we never use it.
