Replace bad fuse holder in 1986 268?

I am new to SeaRays and recently was looking to replace a fuse holder on the cockpit dash and thought the the dash would just flip up.

I have not looked very deeply into this but it seems the only access is from either crawling under the dash or thru the access door in the cabin.

Using either of these approaches seems like a touch way to replace anything in the dash.

Is that true? Am I missing some easy way to flip up the dash?

Any help would be appreciated.

On my 1981 260 DA was access through the head or remove the gauge panel on the dash. In the head was a drop down door with a splash guard piece of vinyl. It was tight but at least I could access it all. On my 88 340 DA, it looks like everything is access from removing the dash. I hate that idea. Good luck!

Mine is on a flip down panel door next to the lower helm. I did have my electrician replace the old style glass ACG fuse bank with the newer ATC tab type fuse bank this year.
