Replace 320 cockpit fridge

i'm a newbie from the UK, I have a 2004 sundancer 320 in gulf harbour marina, Fort Myers, FL. We spend 6 months in the sunshine a year, new to boating and enjoying the forums, I wish to replace my cockpit fridge with a stainless steel model, looked at the isotherm, is there a stainless model that will fit without any cutting?
