Repairing Puncture in Tube

I have an Avon RIB340 and noticed it has a small 1/2" puncture in the port side tube near the cone in back. The dink is hypalon. Is there any specific procedure for doing this repair? Sadly it took on some water into the tube which I'll have to siphon out first :smt013
