I’m having a lot of trouble removing the two used circular zincs from my two bravo III engines. I’ve got the nuts removed but it seems that the old zincs are mated to the bravo drive. I tried a screw driver but I just get small pieces. Is there some easier way to remove the old zincs?

Try soaking them with penetrating oil for a bit and then use a good sturdy scraper/chisel. You just want to be careful not to gouge the drive if possible.

I assume you're talking about the 2 round zincs on the drive trim tab. Usually simply tapping on them with a hammer will break them loose but for the one that bolts from the top you can insert a socket extension or similar bar from the top and tap it out.
