Nut & Honey was shirink wrapped last week. I am getting depressed already....I have started my spring "to-do" list. Item 1) on my list is repairing the broken "xmas trees" that hold the padded panels in place in the cockpit area.

I have to remove the port side panel that runs along the counter near the sink. This panel seems to have one or two screws towards the front of the arch. The other panel I need to remove is the wider one on the starboard side that starts behind the throttles and runs to the back of the arch. This panel appears to have at least two screws at the widest part of the panel.

How do you gain access to these dang screws so you can remove the panels? How much of the boat do you have to take apart to get to them?

Thanks already.:smt100

Rick, I notice that on my boat padded panels on either side of the walk-through are screwed on FROM THE INSIDE. So, you might check for access on the opposite side of the panels and see if there are screws in logical places. You'd think they would just pop off but that's not the case.

Could you get to the screws by removing things such as speakers or storage cubbies?
