Remove mildew stain from antenna cable

Anybody have anything that works on these stains? Have tried west marine mildew remover with no luck

Wrap in a bleach-soaked rag, let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe.

I've used a fiberglass hull cleaner like starbrite and wipe it down.
Stays clean for a year or so and keeps the cable sleeve softer.

Starbrite mildew and stain remove - WalMart normally has it.

Bleach. Or even a diluted bleach solution. Just make sure to use a WHITE rag/paper towel!!!
