Remove horn on 2007 185 sport

i removed the steel grill to access the horn. Following other’s instructions, I drilled a hole in the bottom of the plastic horn casing to drain rainwater that collects there. This is why my horn wasn’t working and was shorting out.

I now want to completely remove the horn to make sure the connections are good and not corroded.

Any advice on how to get the horn out of the small hole once I’ve removed the cover? I can’t figure how to bring it up out of the hole.

Thanks dieselsmoke. Was easy to remove once I tried from inside the boat; originally I was trying from outside the boat when it was trailered. I appreciate your comment.
