Remote for Hydraulic Swim Platform 410 SR

I am experiencing a problem with the remote control unit for my swim platform. Does anyone know where I could obtain a replacement? Batteries are good, it is the down function that does not work reliably.
I would assume (but not sure) there would have to be a frequency match and I have no idea what frequency mine is or if it can be changed at the receiver. Boat is 2000 SR410

Hi Max, I know this is an old post, but I have the same problem with my 2001 410 DA, did you manage to source a new remote control?

This is over 4 years old. Nonetheless I too was missing a remote. My lift was from nautical structures. They no longer make the remotes. They do have a new kit that can be installed with a new style remote. I installed it and works great.

Thanks Bop,
I know it was old, but as with all problems SeaRay this is my first port of call!
Mine is also made by Nautical Structures, I will contact them and look into the kit.
Hopefully they will ship to me in Australia
