I had my 320 in Md for 3 odd seasons and never met any authorities. Now if I had plastered 24yr olds dancing on a pole on the swim platform, that might have been different.
I think if you are prepared and pleasant, you will probably be able to explain yourself out if you do in fact meet the authorities.
