Guys

I thought this was pretty neat but if you have the older sea ray teleflex gauges (mine are off of a 1990 220DA sundancer) they are nearly identical to the new ones that you can get from west marine. I actually had the casing of mine break where the bulb mounted in. You can cut the old casing off and reuse the face and glass out of it to retain the same look as the original. I will take some pictures of mine and post them here in the next few days as well as a write up on how I did it. Looks a lot better than having one or two different types of gauges on your dash.

Hi Jamfred
Cool....... would be interested in seeing thought pitchers I also have 220da and 3 of my gauges had to be changed when I replaced her engine with a diesel the yanmar gauges don’t match the oil sea ray gauges and I no longer have the organelles.

Unfortunately you will need the originals to make them look the same. It is a matter of using your dremel to cut the old one off and replace with the new internals and case. I am planning on replacing another gauge soon and this time I plan on taking pictures.

Awk!:smt089 Back to the drawing board then thanks any way.
