Refrigerator Issue

I have a problem with my salon refrigerator. It doesn't seem to want to run on shore power....sometimes it does other times it does not and it defrosts. You can hear the relay trying to start when on shore power. It clicks and the door light goes off and on. When I switch the breaker (AC) off the 12 v kicks in and the refrigerator runs, then I turn the AC breaker on and it works using AC. It seems as long as it is running on 12v and ac kicks in it it okay. If it cycles off while on AC it fails to start back up. I have a Coolmatic RSD 115 unit. I can't seem to find a parts list on the internet, I think the relay is shot. I had the dealer look at it but they say there is nothing wrong...I know something is not right, I have water in the bottom of the fridge! Any Ideas?

before you start repairing your fridge check if there is correct voltage in outlet .
wires can be a little loose or rusty and voltage can easily drop to 80-90 volts causing fridge to multifunction
