I'm thrilled to be getting rid of bush. Certainly one of the worst presidents ever. No leadership, bad decisions, uncommunicative. Who is going to miss him? On the other hand, McCain is scary. Osama is terrifying. Scary? Terrifying? Which will it be? How about a do-over?!

Anyone who likes either one of those two is out of his/her head. Just my opinion.

    Best regards,
    Frank

I'm still getting up to speed with "copacetic."

Seriously, I spent good money, my own that is not just mommy and daddy's, learning how to speak and write as an educated person. Why would I want to emulate the most ignorant segment of the population? Why would anyone?

    Best regards,
    Frank

+1. After arguing ying and yang on this board, we finally hit something I agree with whole heartedly!

G.W. , in my humble opinion, has done significant damage to the "Republican" brand in many ways. The "Republicans" have not just lost, but have actively and knowingly discarded, the image of being the "Fiscally Responible" party. This is strongly influencing my decision making process.

I too wish we had better candidates - on both sides of the ballot.

I agree with Frank's assessment of both the candidates, neither one impresses me so I am going with the old stand by, vote for the lesser of two evils. I know, I know, it's not a sound political philosophy, but after a while you get worn down, I mean, look these folks have been at it for 2 years in our faces with their BS. The media has made millions off the ads, the hour long pun-dents yak fests. :smt021

Maybe we just need to go back to doing it the old fashion way. Draw Straws. :smt043

Or the real old fashioned way -- personal combat -- maybe with F16s at 10,000 ft!

Hmmm. I would have guessed those results without actually talking to anyone. :)

I do not like being presented with false choices.

Where is "Just a random guy posting stuff on the internet"?

. . .of course you think that. It's not like I have been advocating any plan for job creation.

My original comment was that the survey you linked to presented no surprises. I mean seriously. . .is it any revelation that CEO's would have more in agreement with McCain than Obama?

CEO's fear Obama because they believe he will damage the companies they work for. If they are correct, that is very bad for not just the CEO's. Does that not concern you?
